3. Registration and Account

For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account.
4. Payment Terms
Fees and Pricing
- All lesson fees must be paid in advance or as agreed upon
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Monthly packages must be paid by the first lesson of each month
- Payment methods include credit card, debit card, and online payment platforms
Billing

- Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Student Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged in full
- No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee
- Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability
Instructor Cancellations
- If an instructor cancels, you will receive a full refund or makeup lesson
- We reserve the right to assign a substitute instructor when necessary

7. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Providing a device with camera and microphone capabilities
- Maintaining a stable internet connection

- Having your instrument ready and properly tuned
8. Code of Conduct
All students, parents, and instructors must:
- Treat others with respect and courtesy
- Arrive prepared for scheduled lessons
- Maintain appropriate behavior during online sessions
- Respect intellectual property and copyrighted materials
- Not record lessons without express written permission
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Share account credentials with others
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm instructors or other students
